SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Media Slayer Agency Customer Care.

Program description: Mpower Investments Inc sends customer care text messages to people who request support or information through the chat widget on mediaslayeragency.com. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment coordination and reminders, and follow-up about your request. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

How you opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number in our website chat widget and checking or accepting the consent disclosure shown there. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI Assistants, Automated Calls & Call Recording

We use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, including AI voice agents and AI chat assistants, to answer calls, respond to messages, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries. When you contact us, you may be speaking or chatting with an AI assistant rather than a person. You can ask to be connected with a team member at any time.

By providing your phone number and requesting a callback, quote, or follow-up, you agree that Mpower Investments Inc may call you at that number about your request, including calls made with an AI or artificial voice or automated technology. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by telling the caller you no longer wish to be called, or by contacting us at info@mediaslayeragency.com.

Calls and chats may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by AI to provide and improve our service, maintain quality, and keep accurate records. By continuing a call or chat with us, you consent to this recording and transcription.

Voice AI Services for Clients

Voice AI performance depends on configuration, call volume, and the integrations connected to it. We work with clients to tune performance after launch. Clients who use our Voice AI or messaging services are responsible for obtaining any consent their own callers and contacts are required to give under applicable law, including the TCPA and state call-recording laws.

Limitation of Liability

Mpower Investments Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
